About the Editor

Emsy Van Wyck, a native of New York's Hudson Valley, also is the editor of Fab Fantasy Fiction. As a writer and critic she wishes to share her very subjective views about all things food. She also reviews some of titles for The Best Reviews.

While not a professional chef, Emsy is a devoted amateur cook and herbalist. She not only enjoys feasting on food, but also books about cooking and gardening, including cookbooks and select fiction and non-fiction titles. Reviews of these will appear on the blog.

Emsy's background in journalism and media enlightens her reviews as does her time spent in theater, university settings, and art museums.
